Thinking traps that cause struggle

Let's start with the premise that love, joy, peace, happiness, wholeness is our natural state.

What gets in the way? Why do we not experience this more of the time or all of the time… especially in running our business?

Our own thoughts. The dualistic mind. The ego voice.

Any time you're not in a state of joy, you are thinking a thought that separates you from your true Self, brings you down, adds to the misery.

I realize that's a high bar, yet it's the truth. This is one of those things that is black and white, where there is no compromise.

Yet, given how much of the time we spend in “not joy,” it's obvious that we spend a lot of time thinking in ways that bring us down, that “throw us out of heaven.”

Yet, for years, we have kept thinking these subtle and not so subtle thoughts that attack us.

“Do more.”

“Not good enough.”

“That wasn't good.

We give these thoughts license to speak to us under the premise of helping us be better, get it right, and feel good… yet all they do is bring us down.

They are not helping, yet they have fooled us into thinking that they are.

Instead, recognize them for what they are… traps. Traps that cause struggle in your business.

Instead, notice how you're feeling and use that as a guide as to whether the thought is freeing or a trap.

Feeling joy? Keep that thought.

Feeling “non joy”? Release that thought.

Choosing is your birthright. Use it.

Wondering where your clients are?

Where are your clients?

Where are your customers?

How do you find them?

Are you asking these questions?

Want to know where they are? Want to know how to find them?

Tired of the “go where your clients are” type of advice? Then listen up…

Your clients are everywhere. You're just not seeing them. Your brain is being myopic.

Undoing that starts with a paradigm shift.

I had mine quite recently actually…

I was at a conference in Chicago, at one of those mega convention centers. I had joined my husband for the weekend as he attended a real estate investment bootcamp.

This wasn't the first of these that we had gone to. Each time we go to attend a training on a different topic, there are several hundred people in the session. There are usually 5-6 of these sessions being held at the same time. Which means that this company who puts on these trainings has drawn over a thousand people to each event.

There's an event every month. Not everyone in the program attends each event. In fact the majority don't. Which means that this company has thousands upon thousands of customers and is consistently growing.

But this wasn't the only conference happening at the mega-convention center.

There was some sort of electrical engineer conference, but it was more specific than that. It was an incredibly specific subset of that field. I don't remember exactly, but I do remember thinking… “wow, that's a pretty narrow field.” And guess what?

There were hundreds, maybe thousands of them too. Yup. Loads of these folks.

And these weren't the only two conferences happening there. There were more groups with more people.

People everywhere.

And the people represented at this conference center are only a very small (infinitesimal) subset of each of these company's target audience.

Or think of Disneyland. If you've been there you know it's packed. There are many thousands upon thousands of people there every day. EVERY DAY. And this is only a small subset of their potential customers. No shortage.

Or you go to a concert. Tons of people.

What I'm saying is your customers are plentiful. You're just not seeing them.

This in turn means that they don't see you.

If you don't *believe* they are there, you are cutting yourself off from them.

If you are saying some version of “no one will pay for this here” in my small town, my overly competitive big city, my country, my culture… you are being myopic.

If you are saying some version of “no one will pay for this” or “no one will pay such high fees”… you are being myopic.

If you are saying some version of “it's hard to find customers”… you are being myopic.

People are everywhere. Your people. Tons of them. You've got to see them and claim them.

The solution to “customer acquisition issues” begins in your mind. Start seeing your customers everywhere.

Walking down the street, in the grocery store, driving that car, in the movie theater… SEE THEM.

Recognize that they are everywhere, abundant, and plentiful. Open your mind to this and keep it present.

Your customers are waiting for you to recognize them. This is your job.

It’s bad business to have a so-so love relationship – here’s why

You may want to compartmentalize your business and your primary love relationship.

You may want to separate them and see them as completely separate entities that don't impact each other.

You may even dive into your business as a way to escape your relationship issues.

But this usually comes back to bite you.

You see… all of this “management” (and yes, ignoring this issue is a type of management) is using up precious energy… this is energy that you could be putting toward creating what you truly desire in your life and your business.

If your relationship is falling apart, or even just slightly irritating, unsatisfying, or blah… it drains you of energy.

This is energy you could be putting toward your business or the other passions in your life. This is a total waste, not to mention heart breaking in the relationship department.

I've spent many a coaching call helping powerful, brilliant, soulful women align in the relationship department so they can show up full out in their business. It's so critical to your success and happiness. You have to approach healing relationships in a revolutionary way.

How will you approach your relationships (love, friendships, business) from now on?

Wanting to be successful? That's just another name for wanting what's already yours. What's getting in your way?

Do you know where your freedom lies?

Business doesn't have to be a struggle or hard. You can make it that way, of course. But why would you when it can be so much easier?

This is what I love to teach people. And when they “get it” there's a huge healing.

Both of my grandmothers were healers. I'm finally getting that in addition to being a teacher and a coach, I'm a healer. Of the spirit. It's part of my lineage, though I've had to come to it on my own.

So many of my clients have said, “it's like inner energy surgery” or “Spiritual surgery” and it's true. And now I need to own that fully.

The healing is what allows for the ease in creating the outer world success, the doubling or tripling of your income, the more clients, more cash, all of that.

This is what I facilitate and what I am now claiming more fully.

Feels amazing.

You can’t stop ambition!

What are you trying to create with your business? Not that immediate thing that's right in front of you (though that's super important)-the big thing.

What is that?

Is it a feeling? Is it a way of living? Is it a financial goal? Is it actualizing your purpose?

Do you know? (I believe that you do. If you just let yourself, it's right there.)

Do you dare name it? Feel it? Know it?

What stops you? (Not rhetorical. I really want to know.)

The fear of disappointment? The fear of claiming it and then not following through and letting yourself down? Because that's been your pattern.

The fear of working hard and only getting so far? Because that's been your pattern.

The fear of being pulled in so many different directions that you don't know yourself anymore. Because that's been your pattern.

The fear of finding yourself distracted again and way off course. Because that's been your pattern.

And now what?

Your desire is your desire. It is in you and driving you.

You're interfering with it. You're meddling. In a good natured, “doing my best” kind of way. But there's the truth. You're getting in your own way.

This is what stops you from having what you want, having the whole life that you want, including a kick-ass business.

Yes, you need the outer tools–the sales funnels, the marketing, the core offering, the business model–all of that and more. It's true.

But all of this will be freakin' HARD if you keep doing your thing and keep getting in your own way. All of the actions of business building will take twice as long, not resonate, flop… if you don't get out of your own way.

Get out of your own way. (Said in the most loving, compassionate, yet direct way.)

How?

I can show you how. Schedule a session and we can talk. No pressure.

It's time to do it differently. With ease and grace. It's time your ambition was in service to your higher truth.

Does this subtle distinction keep you from manifesting?

By Amira Alvarez Do you believe only in what you see? That's what we're taught... "I'll believe it when I see it." But that's now how it works. The belief comes first. Always. Whether it's a conscious choice of a belief or an unconscious programmed belief, the belief is what is driving the…

Do you believe only in what you see? That's what we're taught… “I'll believe it when I see it.

But that's now how it works. The belief comes first. Always.

Whether it's a conscious choice of a belief or an unconscious programmed belief, the belief is what is driving the forming (manifesting) in / of our lives.

The belief is what makes manifest the thing that you see.

It's not the other way around… “Now, that it's here, I believe it” though this is how I see most people do it.

Another huge distinction is between hoping and believing. It's subtle yet huge.

Hoping is not believing.

Hoping is wanting, wishing it to be true, yet with a sliver of doubt. Hoping is taking 80% of the steps, it's walk to the edge but not jumping in. Hoping is NOT believing. Hoping is saying “I'll do this much, but not everything until you SHOW me that it'll work, that what I'm hoping for will manifest.” That is not believing.

If you believed in the thing that you want to manifest, you'd do whatever it takes. You would not have any slight “prove it” stance or maybe it's not going to work stance. There would be no doubt.

Doubt and belief cannot co-exist. That's hope.

Hope is not a bad things. It's a stepping stone. Don't throw hope out with the bath water, so to speak. Just know that it's not the same thing as belief. See hope for what it is and use it as a stepping stone to get you to belief. But make sure to make that leap to belief.

Do you believe in the yet to be manifested? The thing that you want that is currently unseen? Or is there doubt? Do you just hope for it? It's a subtle yet powerful distinction.

I am constantly working with my beliefs. #human #committedtomyself #partofthemagic

What particularly tricky is when you hold subconscious beliefs that contradict your conscious beliefs. We often can't see these for ourselves.

If your outer results don't match your conscious desires there's subconscious conditioning (i.e. beliefs) that are holding you back and that you don't see for yourself.

Plain and simple. There's no two ways about it.

Belief is what drives your actions and how you are in this world. Your belief is what keeps you doing the same thing and being the same way. It's what gives you the same results.

If you want to be at cause, if you want to be powerful creator, you need to work with the causes. You need to get all fundamental and do the work at the level of belief.

This is the work that I do with my private clients. It's powerful and it's what's required to make the quantum leaps you want in income, ease, and life.

Are you ready to take you income to the next level?

Are you ready to really have what you want? (Not just hope for it?)

Are you ambitious and ready to get out of your own way?

Don't hope. Believe.
